  • 1 kg of asparagus
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 g of grated spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • salt, black pepper

How to prepare asparagus with eggs and spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP

Clean the asparagus carefully and boil them in salted water.

Place the butter in a large pan and turn on the heat to medium.

Cook the eggs sunny side up and season with salt.

Divide the asparagus into individual plates, arrange the eggs on top and sprinkle with grated spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
