Ingredients:

  • 4 single millets of beef of 250 g each
  • 1 small black truffle
  • 4 spoonfuls of truffle oil
  • 150 g of Provolone Valpadana DOP spicy in shells
  • 230 g mashed potatoes
  • salt, pepper

How to prepare beef Solomillo with spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP and black truffle

Cook beef steaks on a very hot plancha, according to the desired cooking level of the dishes.

Obtain one medal and place it on the plates.

Place the mashed potatoes in a pastry bowl with a pinch of starch and open to obtain the rinds to accompany the mushroom.

Rub the meat with the trufado vinegar and season it with salt and pepper.
