Asados medallions of Provolone Valpadana DOP sweet with honey, nuts and romero

Ingredients:

  • 320 g of sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • 4 spoonfuls of acacia honey
  • 80 g of walnuts in three
  • A fistful of clean Romero needles

How to cook medallions asados of Provolone Valpadana DOP sweet with honey, nuts and romero

Obtain Provolone Valpadana DOP sweet 8 rolls of equal size and thickness with a round pasta cutter.

Place them on a very hot non-stick pan for 8 minutes, turning them around half the time or when a golden crust has formed on the part of the meat in contact with the pan.

Place the asados medallions on the individual plates, rub them with honey and spread them with nueces and the Romero.

Serve immediately.
