Sandwiches with sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP, Speck Alto Adige IGP, mustard in wheat

Ingredients:

  • 4 small bites with mixed seeds
  • 300 g of Speck Alto Adige PGI
  • 300 g of sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat must
  • 20 g of rocket
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Shorten the biscuits by the middle and extend the dough above the bottom.

Place the Provolone Valpadana PDO on the base and the sweet shortening and top with the Speck Alto Adige PGI.

Add the rocket and cover the biscuits with their tops.

Heat them to the oven, at 180°, until the queso is very bland. Serve.
