Asada polenta sandwiches with Provolone Valpadana DOP sweets and Salami Cremona IGP

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of solid yellow polenta
  • 300 g of sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • 220 g of Salami Cremona PGI in slices

How to prepare polenta sandwiches with sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP and Salami Cremona IGP

Obtain 8 loins of polenta with a thickness of 1 cm and also cut the sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP.

Toast the loins of polenta on both sides for a few minutes over a very hot parrilla, then refresh them with the sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP and the Salami Cremona IGP to obtain a total of 4 sandwiches.

Cut them diagonally to get the sandwiches, fry them with a stick and place them in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°. Sacar del horno y servir.
