Sandwich with bresaola de la Valtellina PGI, rocket and sweet Provolone Valpadana PDO

  • 320 g of Provolone Valpadana DOP sweet in flakes
  • 4 bar-type panecillos
  • 200 g of Bresaola de la Valtellina PGI
  • 40 g of rocket
  • 40 g of mixed salad
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pimienta

How to prepare the bocadillo with bresaola de la Valtellina PGI, rúcula and sweet Provolone Valpadana PDO

Toast the bread in the oven at 200° for 5 minutes.
