Montaditos with spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP, ETG serrano jamón and toppings

Ingredients:

  • 120 g of spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • 12 French-style bread rolls
  • 180 g of ETG Serrano ham
  • 12 quail eggs
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pimienta

How to prepare the montaditos with spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP, ETG serrano jamon and toppings

Pass the spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP through a medium-sized griller and reserve.

Cook the fried toppings and keep them hot.

Pour a little salt on top of the pan and top with the seasoned Provolone Valpadana DOP, reserving 1/3 for the final decoration.

Add a slice of serrano ham ETG and top with the fried toppings.

Sprinkle with pimienta negra and the remaining spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP. Serve.
