Sandwich with medallion of grilled Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce, salad, honey mustard and pickled pink onions and gherkins

Ingredients:

  • 2 sandwiches
  • 200 g Provolone Valpadana DOP Sweet
  • lettuce to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • pickled onions to taste
  • pickled gherkins to taste
  • black pepper

Preparation:

Start by preparing the sauce, combine the mustard and honey in a bowl and season with pepper. Mix well. Cut the Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce and cut into medallions. Grill the Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce medallions on both sides until golden brown and set aside. Assemble the sandwich: make a layer of honey mustard, place a few lettuce leaves, the grilled Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce medallion, the pickled onion and the sliced gherkins. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
