The Albiero dairy industry was founded in the 1940s in Montorso Vicentino, a small town between Vicenza and Verona on the slopes of the Venetian Prealps.

It is one of the first Italian industries to produce Provolone Valpadana DOP, a semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk from the upper Po Valley with a delicious and inimitable flavour.
