The Consortium proposes food education projects in schools to learn about what we put on the table
The Consortium For several years it has been promoting various courses dedicated to food education at school. We are talking in particular about plans that integrate the training offer of primary and lower secondary schools, especially as regards the field of food education.
Today it is essential to know what we put on the table, consequently knowing the origins of our country's products and especially those with DOP brand it is vitally important.
The aim of food education projects in schools is to encourage healthy and sustainable eating, so that new generations can be increasingly aware of what they eat and can therefore adopt correct lifestyles.
The Provolone Valpadana Protection Consortium and the Taste of Learning
The Consortium is committed to the training of aware and competent citizens/consumers and collaborates actively and constantly in the creation of educational materials.
The Consortium's school feeding project, which has been active for a few years now, is called "The Taste of Learning". The aim of the program is to be an important ally in the field of health education and healthy eating.

From this perspective, the IWB - Multimedia Interactive Whiteboard, i.e. an electronic panel on which digital contents are projected, has now taken on particular importance.
This last aspect should not be underestimated, since for the new generations it acts as a stimulus, a sort of approach to the world into which they were now born.
