Cheeseburger with beef burger, Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce, avocado and lime cream, dried tomatoes and valerian salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 100 g of Sweet Provolone
  • 2 beef burgers
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lime
  • 20 g dried tomatoes
  • valerian salad to taste
  • 8 basil leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation:

Start by preparing the avocado cream. Remove the avocado pulp and transfer it to the blender cup, add the juice of half a lime, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 4 basil leaves and season with salt and pepper. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. Cut the buns in half and toast them. Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and then cook the hamburger on both sides. Place some slices of Provolone Dolce on top and let it melt. Spread a layer of avocado cream on the base of the bread, place the salad, the hamburger with the Provolone Dolce, the dried tomatoes and a few basil leaves.
