Rice Salad with Spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP, Mortadella Bologna IGP and Alcaparras de Pantelleria IGP

Ingredients:

  • 280 g of Arborio rice
  • 120 g of spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • 60 g of Alcaparras de Pantelleria PGI
  • 60 g of Mortadella Bologna PGI
  • 100 g of semi-dried tomatoes in vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pimienta, fresh tomillo

How to prepare rice salad with spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP, Mortadella Bologna IGP and Alcaparras de Pantelleria IGP

Cook the roast in abundant salad water.

Extract it and pass it through running water to prevent the cocción, extract it well and place it in a container.
