  • 1 kg of asparagus
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g of butter
  • 120 g of spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP grated
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, black pepper

How to prepare espárragos with huevos and spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP

Carefully clean the spárragos and herbs in salted water.

Place the mantequilla in a saucepan and turn it to medium heat.

Cook the fried vegetables and adjust the sauce.

Divide the spárragos into individual plates, arrange the huevos on top of the spárragos and sprinkle them with the sharply seasoned Provolone Valpadana DOP and freshly molded black pimienta. Serve.
