Sandwiches with sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP, Speck Alto Adige IGP and whole grain mustard

Ingredients:

  • 4 small mixed seed rolls
  • 300 g of Speck Alto Adige PGI
  • 300 g of sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP
  • 4 tablespoons of whole grain mustard
  • 20 g of rocket
  • Extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare Panini with sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP, Speck Alto Adige IGP and whole grain mustard

Cut the buns in half and spread mustard on the bottom base.

Place the sweet Provolone Valpadana DOP cut into pieces on top and complete with the Speck Alto Adige PGI.

Add the rocket and cover the rolls with their lids.

Heat them in the oven at 180° until the cheese has become very soft. Serve
