Tortilla de calabacines y sus flores with spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of Provolone Valpadana DOP spicy in shells
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 calabash flowers
  • 4 calabashes
  • 1 garlic tooth
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pimienta, fresh mejorana

How to cook the tortilla de calabacines y sus flores with spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP

Carefully clean the calabaza flowers and cut them in strips. Wash the calabashes, cut them into pieces and heat them in salted water for 5 minutes. Excursion and reserve.
