Frisella with tomatoes, basil and spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP cream

  • 4 Friselle
  • 4 coppery tomatoes
  • 100 gr Provolone Valpadana DOP spicy
  • 100 g liquid cream
  • Basil to taste
  • EVO oil
  • salt to taste

How to prepare Frisella with tomatoes, basil and spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP cream

Prepare the spicy Provolone Valpadana DOP cream by heating the cream in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and the Provolone Valpadana DOP cut into pieces, until it becomes full-bodied.

Cut the tomatoes into chunks and place them on the bread ring with a layer of Provolone Valpadana DOP cream.

Garnish with basil leaves, EVO oil and a pinch of salt and the dish is finished.
