FATTORIE CREMONA was founded in 1933 in the heart of the Po Valley, on the initiative of 19 breeders who made the courageous choice, economic and managerial, to combine their energies to face together the dangers of the market.

The members ensure a supply of more than 150 million litres of milk per year and operate in a very restricted area, thus ensuring the maximum freshness of the raw material.

Always paying attention to the importance of animal welfare and aware of the consumer’s attention to this aspect, Fattorie Cremona produces Grana Padano PDO and Provolone Valpadana PDO in various formats, both sweet and spicy: from large formats that require several months of maturing to small ones with a shorter maturation period.
