Sandwich with bresaola della Valtellina P.G.I., rucola and mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O.

Ingredienti:

  • 320 g of flakes of mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O.
  • 4 mini-baguette type bread
  • 200 g of Bresaola della Valtellina P.G.I.
  • 40 g of rucola
  • 40 g of misticanza (mixed leaf) salad
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

How to make a sandwich with Bresaola della Valtellina P.G.I., rucola and mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. dolce

Toast the mini-baguettes in the oven at 200° C for 5 minutes.

Take them out of the oven, cut them in half and drizzle with oil.

Place the rucola on the bottom base. Place the Bresaola della Valtellina P.G.I. on top and complete with flakes of mild Provolone Valpadana P.D.O. Serve.
